A.H Simon Khan 

Principal, Beakon Institute

Chef Simon Khan, a Bangladeshi-born Italian chef, is known for his exceptional culinary expertise and vast industry knowledge. He studied Culinary Arts in Italy and gained extensive experience working in prestigious restaurants across Europe.

Upon returning to Bangladesh, he held executive roles at notable establishments like Six Seasons Hotel and Imperial Hotel International. Chef Simon also serves as a consultant for various food companies, appears as a guest chef on cooking shows, and founded “Givenci Beacon Academy Bangladesh.” He authored the culinary book Green Food and contributed to the SEIP curriculum for Food and Beverage Production.
